Once you receive your No Panic Computing notebook, we help you establish your permanent password, set up your fingerprint reader, attach your peripherals and connect to the internet. We also help you load your 3rd party applications and show you how to access your files on-line from any computer. For an additional fee we will migrate the files from your old computer over to your new one.
Remote management
After you are set up, we monitor the security of your computer. We watch your anti-virus/anti-spyware software for intrusions and to make sure that it is running and up-to-date.
We watch the status and proper functioning of your encryption. We also make sure that your computer is backing up online properly and watch for suspicious behavior on your computer that would be inconsistent with authorized use (for example: multiple failed password attempts).
