The No Panic Computing notebook includes an advanced HP fingerprint sensor that uses TruePrint subsurface technology. It looks underneath your fingerprint, beyond any dirt or cuts, to take a more accurate fingerprint.

With its sophisticated pattern-matching capabilities, the HP fingerprint sensor provides very reliable fingerprint matching. Finally for enhanced durability, the sensor is hermetically sealed beneath a protective coating.

Strong passwords and biometric access

A computer is less secure if it can be accessed by a simple, common or easy to guess password.

The advanced HP fingerprint sensor allows No Panic Computing to employ strong passwords (more than 10 upper and lower case characters with numbers and symbols) that are not vulnerable to a good guess or even a sophisticated dictionary attack. Once the strong password is established, everyday fast and easy access is provided by the biometric fingerprint reader.
