How it's done:

1. Go to www.nopaniccomputing.com/myroam

2. Enter your email address and NPC password. If you have forgotten your password because you use your fingerprint reader all the time, call us at 1-800-563-9233 and we'll help you out.

3. Choose "Retrieve Files with MyRoam" menu option on the left:

4. Click on the folder structure to find the file you are looking for. Typically, you will be looking for "My Documents" directory, which is usually stored in: c:\Documents and Settings\[Your windows login username]\My Documents

5. Click the Checkbox next to each file or folder you wish to retrieve, then hit the Retrieve button at the bottom right of the MyRoam browser window:

6. Confirm that you would like to retrieve the selected files by clicking "Continue" on the bottom of the next screen:

7. Click download on the instruction screen to start the download:

8. Click "Save" and choose your desktop as the location to save the files.

9. When the download is complete, click Open. If you have any trouble opening this file, you probably don't have WinZip installed. Call us at 1-800-563-9233 and we'll help you out.

10. Extract the three files to a new folder on your desktop.

11. Run Myroam_Expander.exe from your the new folder on your desktop

12. Done! You will see the rescued files appear in the same file folder and ready to use.
