1. How much data do I get with NPC Rogers 4G Rocket Built-In Notebook?
With NPC, monthly data limits are managed for you and community pooled. While we allocate 2GB to each user on average per month, with up to 3GB available for occasional overage at no charge, your limits and roaming are professionally monitored and managed so you have one less thing to worry about. Frequent power-users will be asked to consider a bigger plan.
2. What about roaming?
Your plan features no charge roaming for Canada, or Canada and the U.S., depending on which plan you have purchased. Roaming beyond these areas for you plan will require activation by our control centre, ensuring you do not inadvertently run up unexpected charges while travelling. Roaming charges are published on our website and can be advised by your Support Representative when you call to activate.
3. I didn’t buy a U.S. plan, but now need to go there for a few days. Can you accommodate me?
No problem. Just let us know anytime, even when you get there, and we can enable U.S. usage for just a few days, at a low daily rate from our U.S. plan.
4. I’m used to having to buy extra devices to do wireless connectivity on my notebook, and I have heard that even the internal module can cost up to $200. What do I need for my NPC Rogers 4G Rocket Built-In Notebook?
Nothing. Everything is provided for you. We have included the best available internal module, your SIMM is activated and ready to connect, and, most importantly, your 4G has been professionally integrated into your NPC notebook to ensure maximum trouble-free performance and security.

5. How am I supported?
- NPC Professionally Managed Computers come with unlimited 24/7 live technical support, via our award-winning Canadian customer care centre.
- Each machine checks in with the support centre regularly to ensure the backup, security and protection are all functioning properly.
- NPC can remotely fix most issues remotely over the Internet without having to gain physical access to the computer.
- NPC will handle all computer repairs free of charge
6. How is data protected any differently on an NPC computer?
- All information on an NPC computer is automatically encrypted and can only be accessed via a password or authorized fingerprint scan.
- If a unit is lost or stolen the information on it is unreadable due to the encryption, strong password & biometrics.
- Also built in are auto-destruct features for disabling stolen units, and lost or stolen units can also be destroyed remotely if detected accessing the internet.
7. What happens if a unit is stolen or lost?
- We will attempt to remotely destroy the data on the unit
- Provided Loss & Theft Protection has been purchased, NPC will securely and safely restore data to a new unit, usually shipping within 48 hours.
8. Where is backup data stored?
- Autonomy in Canada - or in the U.S. if you are American. These are the most secure privately held data facilities in the world
- Information is transferred and stored encrypted, only your password or fingerprint can open it. No one at NPC or Autonomy can read your data
9. What else can this type of backup do?
- Versioning: Delete or overwritten files can be restored up to 10 versions ago or 90 days back.
- Remote Access: computer data can be securely accessed from any web browser.
- NPC can perform an Advanced Heal to possibly repair a damaged operating system or application .
10. How long does it take for a new order to ship?
- Usually within 3 days of ordering.
11. Who is the competition for NPC?

15. Is the $129.95/$159.95 a month a business expense?
- In most cases, yes, it can be expensed each month.
16. What is the NPC Warranty?

Each computer is warranted for 3 years from: Defects in manufacturing and original performance specifications as well as optional Accidental Damage Loss or Theft Protection.
