Tom Ward
  Tom Ward
Vice-President, Marketing and Product Management

Tom is a seasoned veteran with a proven track record of driving growth through successful management of high performance teams. He brings senior executive and entrepreneurial skills together with extensive sales and marketing expertise.

Tom's career has been marked by repeatedly taking risks on joining start-up operations and using his sales and marketing skills to help develop and establish their businesses into market leading positions.

He was a founding employee in charge of marketing for ATI Technologies in 1984 where he helped establish ATI’s branding, corporate and product positioning and launched ATI’s first 9 video cards. In 1996, he was a founding employee in charge of marketing at MGI Software where he helped establish branding and positioning to take on and beat industry heavyweights in the digital home photo editing market.

Even within established companies Tom helped launch several new entrepreneurial ventures. For example in 1993 he helped AST successfully enter the Canadian market and in just 3 years led marketing and channel sales to help drive AST to #1 market share in the consumer PC market, #1 share in notebook PC’s and #3 share overall. He returned to ATI in 1997 and spent 5 years as Vice President of Distribution Sales for the Americas. He helped propel ATI into sustained #1 market share in the retail, distribution and system builder channels, growing the Americas business from 60,000 video cards per month to over 350,000.

Tom holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Brennan Kelly
  Brennan Kelly
Director – Digital Marketing

Leading the way in unchartered media and mediums, Brennan brings with him a strong business background and a keen sense of entrepreneurship.  Brennan launched his career with the well respected brand of General Electric in 1997, introducing his division to rich online media prior to the widespread adoption of the technology throughout the company.  From there he launched a series of privately held companies that specialized in leading edge creative and technical know-how that leveraged the best of the internet for his clients.

As President and CEO of Progressive Mouse, founded by Brennan in 1999, the company grew to become the preferred outsource interactive media and web application supplier of choice for Teranet Inc., primarily in the development of Canada’s primary legal portal, Bar-eX. PM’s eCommerce platform provided the foundation upon which legal suppliers and continuing education providers could market their offerings to Canadian legal firms.  From there Brennan continued to demonstrate and expand his entrepreneurial spirit by being a seed investor and development partner in 3Genius Corporation, a successful online hotel booking company with holdings such as canadianhotelguide.com, and sweetrate.com, booking millions of hotel rooms across the country annually.

Finally prior to bringing his expertise to No Panic Computing, Brennan also helped privately fund and develop the innovative online entertainment platform moola.com, the first platform to successfully marry a rewards program with the casual gaming market.  Brennan holds a degree in Media, Information, and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario.
