Larry J. Keating
President and Chief Executive Officer
Larry Keating is founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of No Panic
Computing. Larry is also founder, President and CEO of Keating Technologies Inc. Since 1987 Keating
Technologies has been Canada’s leading branch outsourcing service to the high technology industry,
bringing more than $1 billion in technology products and services to Canadian businesses and consumers. At Keating he developed the award-winning Total Market Management® service that has provided
outsourced sales, marketing, and technical services through national, exclusive contracts with the
industry’s leading brands. Prior to Keating, Larry was regional manager for a computer products
distributor, and spent his early business years at R.L. Crain.
Larry is the founding Chairman of the Ministers’ Technology Advisory Group for the Province of Ontario.
The group is an ad hoc committee offering vision and industry insight to the Province’s technology
strategy, with the goal of making Ontario the most technologically progressive society in the world. He
was also a former member of the Chair’s Advisory Council on e-Government for the Province of Ontario.
Larry is a speaker on a variety of topics including technology trends, technology’s socio-economic
impact, and economic opportunity through the adoption and deployment of new technologies. Most
recently he was a keynote address at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting.
Larry is active on a number of advisory boards and committees such as Blue Planet Environmental,
Oxy-BioPlast Inc., past Chairman of the Board of Vanity Software Corp, advisory member of the Seneca
College Campaign Cabinet, and past Vice Chair of the Premier’s Technology Dinner.
Larry and his companies support a wide variety of not-for-profit organizations such as Ability OnLine,
Operation Herbie, Yellow Brick House and Youth Unlimited.

Bill Keating
Vice-President, Technical and Operations
Bill Keating is Vice-President, Technology and Operations, and Chief Security Officer, No Panic Computing.
Bill is a certified electronic technologist with more than 21 years of experience in information technology
management and technical support services. Before starting No Panic Computing, Bill co-founded
Keating Technologies Inc.
As Vice President, Technology and Operations of Keating Technologies for the past 21 years, Bill and his
team have handled more than 4.5 million multilingual technical, customer care calls and logistics
transactions for some of the world’s leading technology brands, winning numerous performance and
customer satisfaction awards.
Bill is a hard-driving entrepreneur who has proven his philosophy over the past two decades that a
superior customer care strategy combined with high quality infrastructure and a spirited well-managed
team leads to outstanding customer satisfaction. His passion for his four boys at home and coaching
junior hockey leads his involvement in the community.

James Woolley
Vice-President, Finance and Administration
James Woolley is the Vice-President, Finance and Administration for No Panic Computing. James and his
team manage all aspects of No Panic Computing’s administration, accounting, finance and reporting.
James is a Certified General Accountant with more than 20 years experience in the fields of finance,
software and systems development.
As Vice President, Finance and Administration of Keating Technologies Inc. for the past 12 years, James’
financial leadership has been an essential to Keating’s extraordinary record of profitability and compliance
success. James developed a proprietary activity based costing model for Keating which became a
factor in Keating’s three coveted Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies award.
Prior to Keating James was Corporate Group Controller for The Horn Group – a diversified group of more
than 10 companies in the manufacturing, distribution and real estate sectors. Prior to The Horn Group he
worked for Honeywell Information Systems in the development of accounting, payroll, sales and MRPII
business applications.

Tom Ward
Vice-President, Marketing and Product Management
Tom is a seasoned veteran with a proven track record of driving growth through successful management
of high performance teams. He brings senior executive and entrepreneurial skills together with extensive
sales and marketing expertise.
Tom's career has been marked by repeatedly taking risks on joining start-up operations and using his
sales and marketing skills to help develop and establish their businesses into market leading positions. For example, he was a founding employee in charge of marketing for ATI Technologies in 1984 where he
established ATI’s branding, corporate and product positioning and launched ATI’s first 9 video cards. In
1996, he was a founding employee in charge of marketing at MGI Software where he established
branding and positioning to take on and beat industry heavyweights in the digital home photo editing
market. Even within established companies Ward helped launch several new entrepreneurial ventures.
For example in 1993 he helped AST successfully enter the Canadian market and in just 3 years led
marketing and channel sales to help drive AST to #1 market share in the consumer PC market, #1 share
in notebook PC’s and #3 share overall. He returned to ATI in 1997 and spent 5 years as Vice President of
Distribution Sales for the Americas to lead ATI into sustained #1 market share in the retail, distribution
and system builder channels.
Tom holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree
from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
His leadership abilities, professional MBA training and comprehensive business experience make him a
valuable addition to NPC.

Hany Kirolos
Director – Business Development
Hany’s core objective is to deliver sales and marketing channels through Canadian and US based Telcos for NPC. In addition, strategically create programs and related channels through North American Professional Verticals that will engage their respective membership in and through conferences and education programs, that solidifies NPC as the ultimate and revolutionary standard in secure, productive, mobile computing.
Hany brings with him a strong Business Development background for both domestic and international markets. Throughout his career with BCE and Rogers, Hany progressively acquired responsibility for key strategic portfolios that included Sales Management, Sales Automation, Communications & Media Relations, Marketing and Advertising, Data Management/Data Mining, Natural Speech Recognition, Geo-Solutions, and other New Media portfolios that reinforced both brands’ leading roles.
More recently, Hany has lectured at Georgian College in their Business Degree and Diploma programs. Hany received his Honours B.A. degree in International Relations, with a Major in Economics from the University of Toronto in 1982.
In his spare time Hany enjoys sailing, cooking and travel with family and friends. |

Tricia E. Newton-Casey, CHRP, Director, Human Resources
Ms. Newton joined Keating in 1998 with the mandate of creating an HR team to develop and manage human resource programs and tools for a rapidly growing and dynamically adaptive company. The Keating HR role acts as a key business function in the organization and has helped the company achieve high performance standards.
Ms. Newton is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and has over 12 years experience in HR management. Her HR generalist background includes working for large North American companies including Ackland’s-Grainger Inc. and Epson Canada. She holds an Honours BA from the University of Guelph with a major in psychology and business administration, and a post degree diploma in Human Resources Management.
She is also one of Canada’s elite equestrian athletes, having been long-listed to the Canadian 3-Day Eventing Olympic Team 3 times. She has won numerous awards and events in one of the most challenging and competitive sporting disciplines. |
