Larry Keating highlights the finer points of No Panic Computing with Kevin Frankish
Toronto, Ontario – June 16, 2008 – Larry Keating, president and CEO of No Panic Computing® was interviewed live on CITY-TV’s Breakfast Television with Kevin Frankish.
Larry explained to Kevin how the NPC solution works. “We take a notebook computer, we put on the backup, the security, the encryption, the anti-virus and we manage it from a data centre for them, all in a monthly fee.”
In one of the more colourful moments of the program, Kevin took a sledgehammer to a No Panic Computing notebook, smashing it repeatedly, in order to demonstrate the safety of the data on an NPC notebook. “I’m not a big fan of our computers,” said Kevin before he began to destroy the computer. Larry explains that all the data can be safely retrieved from another computer.
Breakfast Television, also known as BT, is a Canadian morning news and entertainment program produced by CITY-TV Toronto.
BT tends to be more relaxed and spontaneous than other morning shows in that it does not have pre-taped segments that are focused on current events or socio-political issues. The guests tend to be more human interest, informational, and promotional in nature and there is less of a focus on celebrities. The program airs Monday to Fridays from 6 a.m. until 9 a.m. EST.
